What is Business Suite?
Facebook Business Suite was rolled out on September 17, 2020. You can use Facebook Business Suite to manage all your Facebook and Instagram accounts on one single platform for free. It helps you reach more people and stay up-to-date.
Business Suite is available for desktop and mobile. You can download the Business Suite mobile app to manage your Facebook and Instagram accounts wherever you are.
If you’re already using Facebook Business Manager, you will be automatically redirected to the Facebook Business Suite page when you log in to your desktop Facebook account.
What can Business Suite do?
You can use Facebook Business Suite to do the following.
- View your Facebook Business Page and Instagram updates, recent posts and ads, and insights
- Create a post or promote your business
- View your Facebook Business Page and Instagram account notifications
- Read new messages and comments from your Facebook Business Page, Messenger and Instagram accounts, and create Automated Responses to common questions in Inbox in Business Suite
- Publish or schedule new posts and stories on your Facebook Business Page and Instagram
- Create a Commerce Account for your business and access Commerce Manager
- Create Facebook and Instagram ads, boost your posts, and promote your Facebook Business Page

Business Suite vs. Creator Studio vs. Business Manager
Business Suite streamlines account management across multiple platforms whereas Creator Studio focuses on creating and managing content for stories, videos, and standard feed posts.
Facebook Creator Studio offers more tools, such as more in-depth Creator Studio insights, monetization tools, Brand Collabs Manager, Live Dashboard for game streamers and Sound Collection.
Since both Business Suite and Business Manager serve the same purpose, it’s likely that Business Suite will replace Business Manager and Pages Manager. Currently, you can switch between Business Suite and Business Manager.
Conclusion
Small businesses use Facebook Business Suite to simplify account management. It’ll become available to businesses of all sizes soon. Though you can switch back to Business Manager from Business Suite for the moment, we suggest you use Business Suite and start getting used to it. It’s unknown if and when Creator Studio will be folded into Business Suite. For the moment, you may stick with Creator Studio for tools that aren’t available in Business Suite, such as in-depth Creator Studio insights.
